ARRIVING TIME ↓

As you may already know, your ticket includes accommodation at our University’s modern and fully equipped dormitory. You’ll be able to check in on Friday, 20th November.

Please keep in mind that check-in starts at 14:00 CET. If you’re planning to arrive in Győr earlier, we recommend timing your arrival from 14:00 CET or later until 21:30 CET. Before you arrive, please give us a call so we can make sure everything is ready for you. Contact details will be shared in the handbook.

Ahead of the event, each team responsible will receive a Google Form where you are kindly asked to share details about arrival,  parking and other important information to help us make the event run as smoothly as possible.

Please note that all rooms must be vacated by 9:00 on 23 November. Our officials will be available to assist you with the check-out process.
