PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Be prepared for the FS Symposium

TICKET TYPES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASE

In the case if you purchased your ticket(s) and you got a confirmation e-mail, you are officially registered for the event. On the other hand please pay attention to the session registration, that you should manage on your own in the delegated time. All sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Alumni as well as professionals must register individually through our website by choosing the “Admission for Professionals” ticket. The payment process is the same as it is for teams, but the required data during the registration is different.

All registered teams must have a team responsible appointed. Team responsibles are the point of contact between the team and the organizers and they represent their team as a whole. Please note that the registration of your team is done entirely by your team responsible and it should be completed on one occasion (all tickets for the team members purchased together). Minimum number of tickets purchased for FS teams is 2, Maximum number is 30, if you have any additional request (e.g. you’d like to add extra participants within the limit of 30 participants per team), please send us an e-mail to lugosi.lilla@ga.sze.hu with your inquiry.

  2. Team responsibles add the individual team members and their following data:

Upon confirmation, individual team members receive a notification to their e-mail addresses that they have been added to the event. Team members individually fill up the registration form with their personal data, and select their technical sessions to attend (registration for the small group session opens later).

  • the Main Hall: Chillzone with driving simulators, beanbags and cool lights
  • the Science Park Hall: Skoda Motorsport Rally2 car skeleton
  • the Department of Propulsion Technology: to remember the old days where displacement and noise were the name of the game, some iconic engines of the Volkswagen Group are also on display: a 6.0 W12 from the Phaeton, the mighty 6.0 V12 TDI which is still the only passenger V12 diesel ever, as well as the outgoing 4.0 V8 racing engine from a DTM Audi RS5.
  • It does not stop there – while you’re at the Management Campus, check out the Audi e-tron in front of the building and do not miss the top FS cars of the Season 2026.

Be on the lookout, because Red Bull gives us wings on Saturday and Sunday as well.

Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas on campus, as well as locations further than 5 m away from building entrances.
